My Story
Ryan is an experienced M&A, corporate development, and consulting professional with over fifteen years of global knowledge in the wide-reaching diversified industrials & water spaces. In these areas, his end market exposure has included working on deals touching food & beverage, brewery, dairy, pharmaceutical, biotech/single-use, energy (up-stream/mid-stream/down-stream), marine, mining, municipal & industrial water treatment, indoor agriculture & climate control/HVAC engineering, aftermarket services, digital devices, AI/machine learning capabilities, and more. His expertise in overseeing & executing critical M&A process components such as creating business plans, financial valuations, and contract negotiations, to due diligence across core business areas such as sales, finance/tax, human resources/culture, operations/engineering, legal considerations, and more, have brought significant value and meaningful recommendations to the stakeholders he has worked with.
Ryan's most recent work in global strategy and M&A spans two public companies as well as executing consulting projects for both public & private investment firms. In addition, his previous roles have involved leading a global service & aftermarket business through a complex post-merger integration and regional turn-around case, as well as successfully project managing many small & large-scale capital equipment supply contracts. His educational background includes a B.S. degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University, a Graduate Certificate in International Business from the University of Massachusetts - Dartmouth, and a joint Executive M.B.A. degree from Columbia University and London Business School.
